How do I start?

Your first step is to fill out our SpeedyCashGold.com online registration form, under "New Customer? Let's Get Started". Choose how you want to send us your jewelry: whether you want to print your free UPS® insured shipping label immediately, or have us mail you a free UPS® insured refiners kit. Either way, you will immediately be assigned your unique transaction number and UPS® tracking number, and you'll receive an email confirmation. If you need help with filling out the online form, please call us for assistance at 1-877-382-2323

If you printed your label online, carefully pack your items and enclose a print-out of your email confirmation, in a sturdy, sealable padded shipping envelope or box, and affix your UPS® label. If you had your shipping packet mailed to you, follow the instructions provided with the packet.

When your package is ready to go, hand it to a UPS® driver, or drop it off at any UPS® location. You can find your nearest UPS® location by clicking HERE, or by calling 1-800-PICK-UPS. If you prefer to have a UPS® driver come to your premises and pick up your package, click HERE or call 1-800-PICK-UPS to schedule a pickup.

How much will this cost?

It's good for up to 12 days, and you are under no obligation to use it. Also, if you do send us your items and request payment by check, but then change your mind within 12 days, we will return them to you, free of charge.

How much money will I be paid and how long will it take to get my cash?

With our GOLD PARTNER GUARANTEE you can rest assured that you will receive the highest prices available. If another national gold buyer offers you a higher price, we will match that offer and pay you an extra 25%!

We offer you a choice of payment methods when you initially register and regardless of what method of payment you choose your Gold Partner will email you with the results the same day we process your package.

If you choose the SpeedyCashGold.com Pay Me TODAY option we will email you the results and directly ACH/EFT your funds into your bank account on the same day we process your package. You will simply need to fill in both your bank Routing Number and Account Number at the time of registration.

May I send my items by mail or using a private carrier other than UPS®?

We only accept items shipped by customers who have pre-registered with us online or over the phone, and have been assigned a unique transaction and barcode number. If you want to ship your items by your own method, please email us at [email protected], or call us at 1-877-846-5356, and request a SeedyCashGold.com GOLD KIT without a UPS® label. That way your shipment will still be identifiable by the barcode we assign to your kit. Then ship it to us, using your preferred method (make sure to include adequate insurance). How much material can I send?

We will buy as much gold, silver or platinum as you wish to sell. The more you send, the more per ounce we will pay. No matter what you choose to sell, we want to make it as easy as possible for you to get it to us. If you believe that the total value of your items is more than $300, or if your shipment is large or bulky, please email us at [email protected], or call us at 1-877-382-2323, to discuss special shipping arrangements and other considerations. You may have to prepay the shipping fee and insurance, in which case we will add the amount to your payment.

What about insurance… what if my shipment gets damaged or lost in transit?

Your prepaid UPS® shipping label is insured for $300 at our expense. If you believe the total value of your items is more than $300, please email us at [email protected], or call us at 1-877-382-2323, to arrange for more insurance for your shipment.

Our customers' packages arrive safely and on time 99% of the time. In rare instances, however, packages do get delayed, damaged, or even lost while in transit. That's what insurance is for - of course it is rarely needed, but it's important to have in case something goes wrong. We have many years of experience dealing with insurance claims for jewelry shipments, and we have found UPS® to be the finest courier out there in terms of its claim-handling service and insurance settlements. Please be aware that SpeedyCashGold.com cannot be responsible or liable for any packages delayed, damaged, or lost while in transit to our facility - but by using UPS® we can assure you that your shipment will be in excellent hands. In the rare event that we do not receive your package, you may be asked to file an affidavit or send us a copy of a police report.

How will I know when my package has safely arrived at SpeedyCashGold.com?

As soon as your package arrives, we will send you an email alert.

You can also track your package at UPS.com by clicking HERE or call UPS® toll-free at 1-800-PICK-UPS (742-5877).

During the initial unpacking, your SpeedyCashGold Partner will weigh and test your gold and will document the process by video webcam. You will be able to observe your own package in the skilled hands of our knowledgeable, experienced SpeedyCashGold staff, and be able to watch us remove everything you packed. It's almost as if you traveled to SpeedyCashGold.com and delivered your items in person - but without leaving the comfort of your home or office, or having to pay for a plane ticket!

What if my jewelry contains diamonds, other gemstones, or pearls?

For jewelry in which any single diamond weighs one quarter carat or more, our diamond appraisers will add a fair-market-value diamond quote to your precious-metal price quote. The value of any diamonds under one quarter carat, and/or other precious stones, will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

What if I receive my credit or check but am not satisfied with the payment amount?

You will have 12 days from the check issue date, to notify us that you wish to decline the settlement. In the event you selected the Pay Me Today option you will need to mail back a certified cashiers check in the exact amount of the credit you received. If you chose to receive a check you will need to mail back the un-cashed check. You must notify us, and your envelope must be postmarked, up to 11:59 PM on the 12th day (the check issue date being day #1). Either email us at [email protected], or call us at 1-877-382-2323. If we do not hear from you by that time, then on day #13 your transaction will be closed, and your unwanted items will be melted down and can no longer be returned to you. As long as you notify us in time, we will set your items aside and return them at our expense, insured for the amount of the check, within two weeks of receiving your un-cashed check.

Within the 12 days, if either (1) we do not hear from you or, (2) your check is cashed/deposited, we will consider your payment as accepted and your transaction as closed, and your jewelry will be no longer returnable.
